  • How Easy Is It To Schedule Residential Lawn Maintenance Services?
    Scheduling lawn maintenance services with us is a breeze! Its as easy as 1, 2, 3! Step 1. Visit our website and click the corresponding contact button located on the website header. Fill out the contact form and select which services to include in your quote. Step 2. You will receive your quote via email shortly after submitting your request. Once you receive the quote, you can approve it by clicking on the "approve quote" button found on the estimate and adding your signature. Step 3. We will email you a secure link where you can connect your credit/debit card to your lawn maintenance account. We accept payments by monthly billing via card on file only for your security and convenience. We use the highest forms of encription for your protection (the same system that Amazon and other large online retailers use!). Now Sit back, relax, and enjoy you're beautified landscape!
  • What Payment Options Are Available?
    RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS: For landscape maintenance packages, we offer a hassle free auto-pay card on file system. Secure and always on time, auto-pay alleviates the need for you to be present when we service your property. Auto-pay also eliminates the possibility of stolen or misplaced forms of payment often dealt with when leaving money on the job site (i.e under a rug, hidden on the patio, etc..). All we require is a credit or debit card to be held on file. We will conveniently bill your card on a monthly basis following your last visit for each month. This form of payment is standard and the ONLY acceptable form of payment for all residential maintenance clients. For maintenance package add-ons, we accept payments via credit or debit card. We will bill your card following completion of each add-on service. For add-on projects with a value of $1,000 or more, we require a 50% down payment. This will be used to cover job related materials. Down payment must be received before services will be rendered. The remaining 50% will be due upon job completion. COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS: We use monthly billing for all commercial landscape maintenance clients. Invoices are dated the first of each month and are due on a net 15 basis. We accept card, cash, check, or bank deposit. For landscape installation projects, we accept card, cash, check, or bank deposit. For projects with a value of $1,000 or more, we require a 50% down payment. This will be used to cover job related materials. Down payment must be received before services will be rendered. The remaining 50% will be due upon job completion. DISCLAIMER: We do not accept any forms of payment other than what was mentioned above. These policies have been carefully planned to allow us to serve our customers to the best of our ability. Our policies make for convenient, hassle free, and secure payments so you can have peace of mind.
  • How Is Late Payment Handled?
    Overdue service fees or work order charges shall be subject to an administrative charge equal to the lower of: (i) 1.5% per month (18% per year) and (ii) the highest rate permitted by law, in either case multiplied by the unpaid balance. In addition to this administrative charge, the client shall reimburse Porowski Lawn & Landscape for all costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees and court costs) which are reasonably incurred by Porowski Lawn & Landscape in collecting overdue service fees, work order charges, and administrative charges.
  • How Do We Handle Delays?
    If we are unable to perform scheduled services on time due to unforseen and uncontrollable delays (i.e. weather related instances), we will resume work when able and service clients in scheduled order.
